My Fair Lady
I see a greatest musical film called My Fair Lady in my speaking class. I have remembered that my first time to see that musical was six years ago. This movie The plot summary is that the main actor is an English Linguistics Professor who teaches the actress who is a poor and uneducated flower girl how to pronounce and speak properly. The actor even describes the voice of the actress is like animal sound. How terrible it's. The actress did not pronounce correctly and did not speak clearly because of her heavy Cockney accent. And then she practices day and night and finally overcome this problem to become a fair lady. One famous sentnce in the plot says, "the rain in Spain stays mainly in the plain." This sentence are composed of one ayllable words and the vowel is much similiar. It is a good sentence to practice pronouncing. Thus, I know why my English teacher recommend this movie to me. I find that the main actress in the moive is Audery Hepburn who is my ideal model forever. She is really beautiful and elegant. I think this characteristic is suitale for her very well. After watching this movie, I highly recommend it and want to buy the DVD of My Fair Lady.
